Conference Programme
The E-ATP Conference will link the psychometrics of
assessment with business and specifically, the labour
market. The programme will consist of three premium
industry keynote presentations, a high-level presentation on
future R&D perspectives, a diverse choice of parallel
breakout sessions, product demonstrations, discussion
groups, networking opportunities and a vendor exhibition
showcasing leading testing and assessment tools,
technologies and services.

Conference Themes
Join innovators in the testing and assessment industry as
we cover four strategic themes:
Innovations in
Assessment: Provides opportunities to share a new
application, technology or test/assessment design, that
addresses a particular client or market issue. These
sessions are specifically intended for those who are able to
provide interactive presentations and should include
speakers from both a vendor who developed the technology,
and a client who benefitted from the innovation.
Operational Best
Practices: Encourages sharing of best practices
through which the value of professional standards has been
demonstrated. These should take the form of case
studies that share practical learning in the development and
deployment of a testing and/or assessment programme, and
should focus on issues that were overcome or addressed
through the effective application of best practices.
This also includes the sharing of practical experience in
meeting legal and regulatory requirements, as well as
developing solutions to address security issues and maintain
the integrity and value of testing and assessment
programmes.
Meeting the Challenges
of Testing in Europe:
Illustrates through case studies how cultural,
language, national and regulatory challenges have been
effectively overcome through the implementation of effective
assessment programmes. We encourage those who have
been involved in multi-national and multi-language
programmes in Europe to share their learning through this
track.
Leveraging Assessment
to Realise Talent: Promotes those within Europe and
beyond to share how they have created solutions using
assessment that has supported the development of talent
within educational, employment and other sectors.
Specific topics such as defining and assessing particular
areas of skill and potential, leadership development and
competency passports are invited for this track.
